Watch Live: 2025 Synod Assembly in Las Vegas, June 12–13

The 2025 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly will be held Thursday, June 12, and Friday, June 13, at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. For those not attending in person as a registered visitor or voter, you’re warmly invited to participate via livestream at communitylv.org/media/live.

This year’s theme, “Build Up the Body,” draws from Ephesians 4 and invites us to reflect on how each of us contributes to the strength, unity, and resilience of the church. Whether you’re a rostered leader, layperson, or ministry partner, your presence—online or in-person—strengthens our synod-wide witness to God’s love and action in the world.

Thursday, June 12

  • 2:00–5:00 pm: Assembly session

  • 5:00–6:30 pm: Heavy appetizers (in-person fellowship)

  • 7:00 pm: Concert

Friday, June 13

  • 8:30 am–3:00 pm: Assembly session

This annual gathering is more than business—it is worship, discernment, and celebration as the Spirit moves among us. We encourage all across our synod—Arizona, southern Nevada, St. George, and the Navajo Nation—to join us virtually. By tuning in, you are a part of our shared mission and community in Christ.
