Showcase Your Ministry: Register Now for the 2024 Synod Assembly Exhibitor Space

Prepare to showcase your ministry at the 2024 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly! We're calling all ministry partners to register for a Ministry Partner Table by May 20, 2024. This is a unique opportunity to share your story and connect with assembly participants through engaging and interactive displays. Your registration includes one non-voting member registration (meals included), ensuring you have everything needed for a successful exhibit.

Guidelines to Note:

  • Displays should serve to educate and inform attendees, focusing on the mission and purpose of the ELCA and its related agencies, institutions, and ecumenical partners.

  • Commercial displays or sales are restricted, with exceptions made only with prior approval.

  • Responsibility for display setup, removal, and any related costs falls to the requesting party. The synod and assembly hosts are not liable for any loss or damage.
