We're gearing up for an inspiring and enriching 2024 Synod Assembly from June 13-15, and we want you to be a part of it! To make sure you secure your spot at the best rate, don't miss out on our early bird registration!

Early Bird and Regular Registration Deadlines:

Voting members, take advantage of the early bird rate of $140 if you register by April 15, 2024. After that, the registration fee increases to $160 until May 20, 2024. Whether you're a lay voting member or a rostered minister (active or retired), we have a place for you.

Visitors and Exhibitors Welcome:

Not a voting member? No problem! Visitors can attend for a registration fee of $100, which grants you non-voting visitor access to the assembly.

Additionally, we're excited to invite exhibitors to display their work and engage with attendees for the same registration fee of $100, which includes a table and non-voting visitor access.

Be Prepared:

When registering, please have the following information ready: contact details, preferred pronouns, age group, ethnicity (for additional voting member eligibility), special requests and needs (dietary preferences, translation services, child care, etc.), and your willingness to volunteer. Also, ponder on what would make the assembly a success for you—we value your input!
