Important Lilly Grant economic survey for rostered and congregational leaders
The Rocky Mountain Synod (RMS) has invited the Grand Canyon Synod (GCS) to join a 3-year grant for the National Initiative to Address Economic Challenges Facing Rostered Leaders from The Lilly Foundation, Inc.
The program is called and administered under the name 3E: Educate, Equip, Enact. Our synod will receive $150,000 as a match to funds raised by us in the GCS to expand and build long-term sustainability of our efforts to address these challenges.
Through this survey, we invite congregational and rostered leaders to help us understand what economic areas you are most concerned about and where you believe you can best support our GCS 3E efforts to help alleviate these challenges.
Your responses to these questions are deeply valued. Your answers are anonymous—neither your name nor your email are requested or associated with your response.
There are two surveys:
The rostered leader survey is for rostered leaders and candidates.
The congregational leader survey is for council officers, synod assembly reps, or other past or present leadership roles in the congregation.
Deadline for submission is November 26, 2019.
