Anxiety is a universal human experience—but what if it could be an opportunity for growth instead of just an obstacle? Join us for an insightful webinar on February 20, 2025, exploring how faith, mindfulness, and spiritual wisdom can help us engage with anxiety in a healthier way. View PDF flyer here.
Presented by Kim Feld, MS, RN, Faith Community Nurse, this 90-minute Zoom session will be guided by insights from Curtis Chang’s book, The Anxiety Opportunity: How Worry is the Doorway to Your Best Self. Together, we’ll reflect on the spiritual essence of anxiety, the role of mindfulness as a faith-based intervention, and practical ways to move from avoidance to holding our worries with intention.
This event is sponsored by the Parish Nurse Tristate Region, Lutheran Faith Community Nurse Association (LFCNA), and Meritus Health, offering 1.5 ANCC contact hours for nursing professionals who attend and complete the evaluation.
