The 2021 assembly will be held in Las Vegas, with planned dates of June 10-11, 2021. The 2022 Assembly will be held in Mesa. He begins a new chapter for the church that has had only two other Senior Pastors in its 46 year history. Bishop Deborah Hutterer installed Pastor Ben and other pastors in the Las Vegas Valley came for the event.
Read MoreThe Community Lutheran Celebration choir (Las Vegas) sang at Carnegie Hall in New York City on Sunday May 26th, 2019. The 79 singers from the CLC choir joined seven other church choirs from six states and a province of Canada.
“I was thrilled to be part of the choir and it was a great way to end my tenure as Senior Pastor of CLC,” said Dr. Mark Wickstrom, who is retiring on June 16, 2019.
