Scholarships Available for Transformative Retreat on Faith, Science, and Creation

You’re invited to Living into a New Story, a retreat held at the serene Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center in Carefree, Arizona, from January 23–26, 2025. This enriching experience explores the dynamic interplay between Christian theology, Earth-based wisdom, and the latest scientific discoveries.

Thanks to a generous donation, full scholarships are available for attendees sharing accommodations. If two people prefer single rooms, they each pay just $100. This makes the retreat accessible to everyone, encouraging a broader conversation about how faith intersects with the natural sciences.

Led by Pastor Ron Rude and Sharon Reinbott, this retreat invites participants to engage with profound questions:

The retreat offers practical tools and resources for worship and preaching, especially for Lent, along with a hymnal booklet grounded in ecology-theology. Participants will leave with a renewed understanding of God’s creation and humanity’s role in it.
