Reignite Your Ministry: Join the Missional Leadership Cohort (including an in-person gathering at Spirit in the Desert)

Leading a congregation today often feels like navigating uncharted waters—declining membership, cultural divisions, and the unrelenting pressure to “fix” inherited church structures. But what if these challenges are also opportunities? Opportunities to listen deeply, experiment faithfully, and discover the transformative ways God is already at work?

The Missional Leadership Cohort, launching March 10, 2025, offers a unique nine-month journey to support clergy in exploring new ways of being church. Designed for pastors longing to move beyond “putting out fires,” this program equips participants with the tools, perspectives, and supportive community to lead with confidence in today’s ministry landscape.

Program Highlights:

  • Two immersive online retreats: March 10–11 and June 16–17

  • Monthly coaching sessions from April to October

  • A culminating in-person retreat in late October/early November at the Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center in Carefree, Arizona

  • Practical frameworks for leading change and forming disciples beyond Sunday services

  • Opportunities to reconnect with your pastoral identity and deepen your faith

This cohort provides an inclusive learning environment to help leaders:

  • Move from fixing problems to discerning where God is already at work

  • Lead congregations through faithful experimentation and shared ministry

  • Connect with a supportive network of clergy peers navigating similar challenges

Thanks to a Lilly Foundation grant, the full program is offered for just $650, including travel and lodging for the in-person retreat. Scholarships and payment plans are available to ensure cost is not a barrier.

Enrollment is now open, but spaces are limited to ensure personalized support and rich conversations. Apply today to secure your place in this transformative journey.
