Register by April 7 for Discounted Synod Assembly Rate

The 2025 Synod Assembly of the Grand Canyon Synod will take place June 12–13, 2025. This annual gathering is more than a business meeting—it’s a time of worship, relationship, and discernment as we reflect on God’s call for our church today.

Registration is now open, and early bird rates are available through April 7 for all voting members. After April 7, standard rates apply through May 19.

Rates & Categories

  • Voting Members: $140 early bird rate through April 7; $160 after. Applies to lay voting members, rostered ministers (active and retired), synod council members, and Office of the Bishop staff.

  • Visitors: $80 – includes access to all assembly sessions as a non-voting participant.

  • Exhibitors: $80 – includes one display table and full access to the assembly as a non-voting visitor.

Before You Register

Be prepared with the following:

  • Contact Info: Email, phone, and mailing address

  • Demographics: Preferred pronouns, age group (under 30 or over 30), ethnicity, and primary language—used to ensure representation in voting eligibility

  • Special Requests: Dietary needs, translation services, or child care

  • Reflection Question: What would make this assembly a success for you?
