This whole-person healthcare approach helps people to stay healthy, learn new life skills, enjoy new experiences, be active members of their communities, become more independent and when possible, secure a job.

Mosaic couldn’t fulfill its mission without our on-the-ground direct support workforce. This issue of Promise magazine celebrates and honors them for the selfless, sometimes-exhausting work they often don’t characterize as a job—but as a calling.
