The Director for Youth Ministries will serve students in grades 6–12, building relationships, nurturing faith, and empowering youth to make a difference in their communities. Responsibilities include:
nnovating a grace-based, faith-building community.
Leading mission trips, summer camps, and Vacation Bible School in partnership with the Children’s Ministry Director.
Developing creative digital and social media ministry.
Supporting rites of passage and confirmation programs.
Coordinating activities that integrate youth into the broader mission and worship life of the church.
We’re seeking someone who can foster a vibrant, inclusive space for students, from seekers to the committed, and who can also bring energy, innovation, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of faithful leaders.
