Step into Bold Leadership: Excellence in Leadership Program Begins January 2025

In today’s world, marked by conflict and uncertainty, how can we as people of faith show up in ways that foster hope and grace? The Rocky Mountain Synod’s Excellence in Leadership program equips individuals to lead with courage, resilience, and faith in the face of life’s challenges.

This 13-month course offers a transformative journey, meeting twice a month via Zoom. The next cohort begins January 13, 2025, and runs through January 26, 2026. Sessions will take place on Monday evenings from 6:00-9:00 PM Mountain Time, culminating in a commissioning ceremony. The program is open to all—lay or rostered, young or old—who are ready to invest in their leadership journey.

At the core of the program is the belief that effective leadership begins within. Through studies in adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, vulnerability, family systems, and spiritual practices, participants gain tools to navigate conflict, manage anxiety, and inspire healthier systems in their families, workplaces, and congregations.

The cost is $1,200, with flexible payment options available. Whether you join individually or as part of a group, this program is designed to deepen your self-awareness and enhance your capacity to lead with grace.
