Resurrection Lutheran Church is actively seeking a Director of Youth Ministry to lead our vibrant youth programs for Middle School and High School students. As Director of Youth Ministry, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling Resurrection Lutheran’s mission to connect our youth and their families with the broader church community. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities through the Pillars of Worship, Learn, and Serve, and overseeing key ministries such as Confirmation and High School Sunday School.

You will collaborate closely with our Associate Pastor of Children, Youth, and Family, leading a team of adult volunteers dedicated to guiding our youth in their faith journeys. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Lutheran tradition are essential for this role.

In addition to program leadership, the Director of Youth Ministry will manage administrative tasks such as budget preparation, recordkeeping, and report generation for the Congregational Council. You will also coordinate fundraising activities that support youth trips and special events, ensuring that our youth ministry continues to thrive.
